I went here when I was 10-12 years old. It was fine overall. The biggest issue for me is that all the other kids were bullying me, and the adults did absolutely nothing about it. They would just say they didn't see anything. If this issue were addressed, my rate would be much higher.

I was a new graduate in the midst of the pandemic and didn't want life to pass me by. The first job that I saw on Indeed was the posting from BASICS and at that time, I didn't know if I am qualified or not but I still applied. A day later, a Site Director called me for an interview and at the end of the week. I had my first job. Beyond the BASICS is a great place to work, the management team is super awesome and very responsive to problem behaviors or situations. The company has done a great job building a community and they are very welcoming. They offer on going trainings for free and the pay is good for the job! Overall, I would definitely recommend working here and sending your children to BASICS.
