I was a new graduate in the midst of the pandemic and didn't want life to pass me by. The first job that I saw on Indeed was the posting from BASICS and at that time, I didn't know if I am qualified or not but I still applied. A day later, a Site Director called me for an interview and at the end of the week. I had my first job. Beyond the BASICS is a great place to work, the management team is super awesome and very responsive to problem behaviors or situations. The company has done a great job building a community and they are very welcoming. They offer on going trainings for free and the pay is good for the job! Overall, I would definitely recommend working here and sending your children to BASICS.

The double standard of this establishment. I have seen them publicly slander individuals and then give preferential treatment to students in their after school program by allowing them to privately hang out with staff members instead of staying with their class. There teachers are very solid, but their leadership earns them the lowest rating.
