Absolutely in-professional! Leo was a great guy to get everything set up with and took nearly $600 without an issue! He was supposed to have proofs to me Monday or Tuesday the following week and by Thursday... nothing so the person that recommended him gave him a call and Leo said he would be contacting me later that day.
