I had a great experience with Basic Sound wrapping the trim piece on my motorcycle. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent. Communication was clear and professional, both in person and over the phone. What I appreciated most was how they took the time to suggest the best option for my specific part. When they ran into a few unexpected issues, they didn’t just move forward without saying anything — they contacted me right away, explained the situation, and offered solutions. They used to be good..Not anymore guy is a scam artist. I got a quote then he said he needs a part that costs 300. After going back multiple times my radio sounds like crap. Trying to blame my small antenna that worked for 3 years. DO NOT GO There save yourself the hassle and money. I've never been so disappointed. He said my system will sound like inside. It's all just a scam!!!
Mohamad, Mike, and Team are truly the best in the business. I have entrusted any and all of my car audio/window tinting needs to these extremely knowledgeable gentlemen since 1997. I assure you that you will not find a more pleasurable experience, or find anyone more knowledgeable, than the all-star Team at Basic Sound. During a recent vehicle acquisition (probably my 9th vehicle), I entrusted in them once more, and as always, they delivered with now-and-wow service addressing every need and all of my questions with professi... read more
Great job, 2014 tundra work truck with 245k miles. I did not want to spend a lot of money on it but my stock touch screen went out on me. so I picked up the cheapest touch screen Walmart had and asked Basic Sound to install it. He was very clear up front about having low expectations due to the low quality product I was handing him, but he made it happen. Sounds great, steering controls all work, back up camera, CarPlay, everything works great. Thank you for taking a cheap nothing of a stereo and giving me something amazing ... read more
These guys are great. I came in a few months ago with a general idea of what I wanted to do and they explained to me all the different options without trying to upsell me. A couple hours later it was all installed an ready to go. It's all still working great with no issues. Will definitely use them again.
