I've been bringing my Cat Blinky to BPCAH for 14 yrs. Dr. Listen is great with her. They are always professional and make sure they check everything from head to tail. I recommend this place to anyone with a dog or cat.

Dr. Lugten and the Basic Pet Care staff have always taken excellent care of my dogs, Rudy and Skipper. If they needed a physical, were sick, or were being boarded while I was away on vacation, my dogs were always very well taken care of. First time bringing my GSD Woz, in for a check up, and complete vaccination. Dr. Peter Lugten, was very professional, very caring, and completely concerned, about the well-being of my beloved German Shepherd Woz. The animal hospital/facility, has exceeded my expectations. Woz, and I will certainly be back for all his veterinary care, and concerns. I found my permanent veterinarian, finally!
I used this hospital for my first cat, 15 years ago. I moved to fl for a few years and came back and gladly went back here for all my pets. I have 5 cats and 3 dogs and my mom brings her cat here too. I love the staff, everyone is always friendly, my animals are always treated great. Doc is great with them all and very caring. Very happy here. :)
