We are so happy we found Dr. Lugten and Basic Pet Care! We have two cats (that we are obsessed with) that we have brought in and each time Dr. Lugten and his staff have been incredibly helpful and patient. Following our most recent visit, Dr. Lugten made multiple follow-up phone calls to see how we were managing with medication and to ask how our little guy was feeling. After just a few visits, we could so clearly tell that Dr. Lugten and his staff legitmately cared about our pets.

We’ve been coming here since I got my first cat in 1989. Dr. L. is the very best vet. The staff is also wonderful. I would recommend this place to everyone with a fur baby. I currently have 2 kitties and wouldn’t trust anyone else with their health care.
Wonderful doctor and staff and very caring. I brought many cats over the years and now a dog!
I love this place. Doc and staff are amazing. I trust them 100% with my babies.
