I was initially recommended by a friend to Basic Auto Repair, It was very hard to get through by phone to make an appointment so I drove to the shop to see if they could look at my vehicle. I found the service adviser "Henok" to be very helpful and courteous. They were not able to look at my vehicle but they give me an appointment for the next day.
