It was the best. Studio have amazing full of new Basi systems equipment. It is not only the studio is beautiful , clean and filled with love but whoever you met in the studio they become instantly your friend. The place is educational, nurturing and calm. Had mat class with teacher Jennifer Pearlstein. She has amazing style of teaching. She break down each posture to its foundation and rebuild later by later so that we feel really strong and confident in our practice. �
Top notch instruction! Beautiful equipment! Rael's approach to pilates has such wisdom and insight, a balance and harmony, blending the art and science of body movement. I liked pilates before BASI; I'm in love with pilates after training with them!
