I explicitly agreed over the phone, in chat, and via email on a specific arrival time for my order and paid $65 for the delivery. Unfortunately, my order ended up being 30 minutes late. The pros: checkout was simple and when I reached out with questions, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. The cons: The silver fringe curtain was incredibly disappointing. The description mentions that it is 8ft. x 4ft., that it includes 2 curtains, and that there is an adhesive backing. None of this was true. This is false advertisement. I would 10/10 work with BASHES again! I was throwing a party to mark a major milestone for my wife and needed some balloons to help celebrate. The online ordering was easy and fast and I appreciated the variety of balloon options. The online customer service was also responsive and helpful. The balloons arrived right on time and looked amazing! Good, high quality, large balloons. All-around friendly and easy service with outstanding results, and I'd recommend using them.
Ordered the birthday bundle and I loved it! I paid for delivery and that was also seamless. They called before arriving and brought the balloons in great condition. The balloons also lasted a long time (5 days and then I popped them) so it wasn’t a problem to get them delivered the day before my event
