STAY AWAY. You earned your money, don’t waste it with this builder...unless you like wasting money. Absolutely nothing LUXURY or GRAND about their homes. More like OVERPRICED and TERRIBLE QUALITY. 90% of the sub-contractors are day laborers working out of their trunks and not legitimate tradesman. They have well built homes as per my experience building in the Maymont development in vienna , VA. As, but as expected, nothing’s perfect. That’s why you have a warranty. B and E strong armed my husband and I into taking possession of the home when there were plenty of outstanding issues. With a promise to make good, we agreed.
