Well mannered, sweet and respectful staff. multilingual.
The lady arrived 40 minutes late to unlock the doors the day of our event. We had to set up while she attempted to clean up the alcohol and food left over from the event the night before. I over paid the rental fee, forgetting to deduct the time for her late arrival and they refused to give me my money back. I spent days trying to resolve the issue. I rarely leave bad reviews, only good ones. Never again. Oh and the place smells funny.
