This company waterproofed my basement almost 3 years ago and there's been one area that continues to get water. I have attempted to contact someone to resolve the problem with absolutely NO RESPONSE. I've sent pictures, and I call EVERY DAY.. NOTHING!!! All I want is to have this one area fixed... guess my next step is to file with the magistrate.
This is Bankrupt Mid Atlantic Waterproofing with a different name and same website. All warranties are void. I have replaced dozens of clogged failed Mid Atlantic systems for people that were less then 10 years old some caused structural damage I had to fix $$$. They still use the same subcontractors. Imagine ripping out the walls and floor again and paying for another system and expensive structural repairs their systems caused! The work that this company did was expensive and I have tried for 3 months to get someone on the phone to come back out and fix problems that are still occurring. I have a 5 year warranty and I can’t even get a call back so it means nothing apparently.

Everything went great!. Larry walked us through the process from the initial visit through the estimate and through the work being done. He was there the first day the work started to go over any last minute questions and to make sure the crew knew exactly what to do. He called throughout the work being done to ensure everything was going according to plan. And they don't take final payment until they inspect the work was done at an exceptional level. We recommend them for any basement work.
