I am very glad we chose basement remodeling to finish our basement. My wife and I had a vision, and they were able to bring to life exactly how we envisioned it. Their communication, professionalism, timeliness was top notch. Our PM was Derek how did a tremendous job. Showed up anytime I needed something, would always have the contractors or himself fix/adjust anything I was not 100% satisfied with. All their contractors were professional, timely and respectful. EDIT: I wrote this two star review right after they finished my basement. It probably should have been three stars. However, I'm not changing it since they have harassed me since then to take down the review (I've been asked 4 times) and offered to pay me to do so - the offer is up to $3k now. Now I wonder how skewed their reviews are if others took the money and removed less positive reviews. It astounds me that they were so surprised by this review. This was honestly a frustrating process. The Good: (a) They finished the work on-time and 90% of it was well done. (b) They didn't charge me more than the quote (no change orders requested), so it could have been much worse. (c) They were reasonably responsive and they usually sent people back on the same day to correct issues (turned off water heater, turned off internet, electric swtiches, HVAC issues).
