We needed to add support to our great room floor and replace 2 dehumidifiers in our encapsulated crawlspace. Matt was our sales rep while Alex, Austin and DJ did a great job on the install! About two months ago, we had our 33-year-old HVAC system replaced by Superior Air Systems. In January, we also decided to have our basement encapsulated. A representative from Basement and Crawlspace Solutions came out, provided a quote that we agreed on, and scheduled the installation. This part of the process went smoothly. Update (2025): The sump pump installed by Basement and Crawlspace Solutions failed for a second time (even after Brandon came back and and assured us the first time it failed that he custom fit it for our space), causing flooding in our basement with 4 feet of water and damaging personal items. Their work is now a total tear out. USS has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving these issues. Beware!!!
