Baseline Mechanical was useless and a waste of time. They wanted to charge me a whole new system for 3,000 dollars and/or clean it out for 1,500 dls. I felt uneasy about the diagnostics as they didn't even seem to know what was happening with the AC. The point is that they wanted to charge me so much money when the diagnosis wasn't even correct. I had another amazing AC guy come and fix it for 1/3rd of the price and was HONEST about what was wrong with it. He fixed it by buying the piece that was not allowing the AC to cool.... read more
