I had a treatment with Maureen today and she was spectacular. Prior to starting, she asked me where were my areas of concern and after the treatment was complete, she checked on me to make sure I was happy with the service. Already looking to book my next treatment with her in the coming weeks.
Love this gym. Hannah and Emily are very welcoming and helpful! Technogym treadmills my favorite, would be great if gym could add more of these
I had a disappointing experience at Basebody Spa and cannot recommend their services for prenatal massage. I booked and paid for a 90-minute prenatal massage, but the actual massage lasted barely an hour. Despite arriving a few minutes late and briefly using the restroom (a necessity during pregnancy), I was charged for the full session, with time deducted for dressing/undressing. Went in for a massage and cupping session. Had scheduled various appointments that day so I arrived 30 min early. Right away the welcome desk attendant suggested I use the sauna prior to my massage. She gave me a robe, water ands guided me to the locker room. Fantastic welcome! Francesca was my masseuse and was amazing!
