Lovely massage with Francesca! I loved how the spa area was completely separate from the gym and had a totally different vibe - very relaxing! You can also use the steam / sauna before or after your massage which was such a nice and unexpected treat! Overall wonderful experience and will definitely return. My only suggestion would be to tell clients at the time of booking about the steam / sauna because I would have arrived earlier if I had known.
I had a treatment with Maureen today and she was spectacular. Prior to starting, she asked me where were my areas of concern and after the treatment was complete, she checked on me to make sure I was happy with the service. Already looking to book my next treatment with her in the coming weeks.
Love this gym. Hannah and Emily are very welcoming and helpful! Technogym treadmills my favorite, would be great if gym could add more of these
I had a disappointing experience at Basebody Spa and cannot recommend their services for prenatal massage. I booked and paid for a 90-minute prenatal massage, but the actual massage lasted barely an hour. Despite arriving a few minutes late and briefly using the restroom (a necessity during pregnancy), I was charged for the full session, with time deducted for dressing/undressing.
