BASE Limo provided stellar service for our transportation needs from the northern suburbs to/from ORD. Drivers were on time, courteous, professional, and so helpful with luggage. Communication was excellent through text messages and emails. The communications were especially helpful during the airport pickup. The vehicles were spotless with complimentary water bottles provided. I would not hesitate to book BASE Limousine Service again.
My family got diverted from O’Hare Airport to Milwaukee airport at 10 o’clock at night. We sat for 3 1/2 hours. and ultimately had to deplane as the flight was cancelled . I made a call to Base Limo. They drove up at one in the morning to pick my family and myself up from the Milwaukee airport and transport us safely back home. They went above and beyond and took great care of my family. Matt the driver was awesome! Aaron Miller runs a top notch transport business that is not only very professional, but highly reliable!

Base Transportation was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! Their communication was incredible and made everything seamless and stress-free. The driver was professional, the vehicle was fantastic, and the ride was smooth and comfortable the entire way. Truly a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be using them for many more occasions and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transportation.
