I am a purchaser for a major university and of all the companies I deal with they are without a doubt the worst of the worst. They don't even deserve 1-star. How this company is still in business amazes me! Email after email after email after email and nothing. Apparently their phone doesn't work either.

We have had the same negative experience with Base Electronics. They clearly are in business, but have no focus on customer relations. They absolutely DO NOT EVER answer the phone, or return calls or emails. They have a niche product line and are the only ones who custom build certain items you can't find anywhere else. I heard through the grapevine that they have a few big key accounts they manage and neglect everyone else. What a sorry business practice. If business is so good.....HIRE MORE HELP!

Not sure if this company is still alive or how they have been conducting business that way. We have sent and left them unnumbered emails and voicemails after we placed the orders, but no response at all. We are surprised that there are only a few negative reviews for the same matter.
