Absolutely horrible customer service! Don't bother with a reservation... they will not honor it.
Business response:
It was a very busy night and the booth was the only table available at that time. Every table in the restaurant was a reservation on Saturday night. Some people requested specific tables/seating arrangements . Your reservation didn't have any notes saying that a booth was unacceptable. It was our fault not to ask when we took the reservation. We apologize that we couldn't accommodate you to your liking.
It was our 1st time here and both the food and service was excellent. Can't wait to go back and try new things!

Stopped in for just a drink while showing my girlfriend the "beautiful" Ashtabula harbor while we were in town. Sure enough as soon as I sat down and browsed the liquor selection I knew that whoever runs this place has class A tastes! I have not seen such a top shelf collection like that anywhere in quite sometime.
