For years, I was so afraid of the dentist that I had to be gassed to even tolerate a cleaning. Now that I have established a relationship with Dr. Dong, I do not need anything to tolerate the dentist. I now look forward to my visits. As a child who experienced dental neglect, I was shocked to learn that Dr. Dong volunteers her time to assist children in need. I am so proud of the work she does to support our communities. Thank you, Dr. Dong and team- for all that you do to provide comfort and healing to those you serve.
Dr. Nguyen and the office staff make going to the dentist a positive experience. I’ve moved a few times and have gone to different dentists and have never really particularly liked the experience. But after my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen, I knew she’d be the one I go to while living in the area. She brings a light and positive presence to dentistry. Bascom Valley Dental is genuinely excellent. I’ve been a patient here for several years, and Dr. Nguyen is consistently attentive and thoughtful. She takes the time to explain each procedure, why it’s needed, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable before moving forward. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. I truly feel cared for every visit. Highly recommend.
