I have been a massage therapist for 23+ years, and this is my new favorite place for a spa experience. I have had both massage and facials at Basalt Spa and they do not disappoint. The hands-on work is top notch! The treatment rooms are SO comfortable! Also, their shop has lovely local jewelry perfect for gifts. The locally-made body care items seem to be made with quality ingredients. They also carry a couple of national spa / face care items. I will do my gift shopping here when it suits the recipients.
My daughter have me a gift package for my birthday and it was wonderful! I felt the calm and peacefulness of the spa when I walked in. It's very clean and quiet. Courtney is very professional and put me at ease right away. I hadn't had an exfoliant some before and she explained it while asking the right questions to make the whole experience great. Everyone should have an opportunity experience this!
This was by far the best spa experience I have ever had! I saw jasmine for a 90 min detox! I feel like a new person!!
