I went for my birthday and I am one that doesn't really enjoy strangers touching me, but they were very understanding, kind and professional. They were also very caring when they found I have fibromyalgia and were a little more gentle than usual. I would definitely go back again as one needs to care for one's self every once and a while.

Im 9 months pregnant and they took AMAZING care of me! I got a prenatal massage and a facial and it was hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my life (I've never had a facial so I have nothing to compare it to - but it was incredible and my skin was so soft after not all red like I thought it would be!)! The staff was so sweet and welcoming! The facility was beautiful, relxing and clean! I cannot wait to go back!
The glow facial with Jade was exceptional! Customized for my skin with a neck, foot and shoulder massage included. The stone massage with Kelsie was wonderful also. She worked every knot in my neck, back and shoulders. Relaxing and enjoyable. My teeny gripe is that the stones were a bit hot on first contact. Visit Basalt for a blissful experience and delicious tea!
I normally go to the Kura Door but I got a gift certificate to Basalt for Christmas. Although the Kura Door has larger facilities that you can lounge around in all day, Basalt has now overtaken Kura as my new favorite. It was, hands down, the best massage I've ever had! My new fav!
