The staff is so warm and welcoming and really pamper and take care of you! My glow facial was done by Alyssa who was so kind and sweet, she did a wonderful job. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience. The space is clean and comfortable. I love the little shop full of great gift ideas, and loved all of the products used. The price was also very reasonable. I got the "Died and Gone to Heaven" package, which was amazing. Highly recommend and hope to get back in the near future.
My husband sent myself and two of my friends to Basalt for my birthday, and I can say it was hands down the best gift he’s ever given me! The spa is clean and modern, and staff is friendly and professional, we were there for about 4 hours and enjoyed every minute. Annie was amazing! Very talanted and the best customer service! I had a 60 min Relax and the foot add-on and honestly it was better than my Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner massage. I never thought anything would beat that!
I had a 90-minute massage from Steven.. It was exactly what I needed. He did a great job. The facilities are very nice, too!
