Early for my appt. Took me right away, got me loaded and out the gate is pass than an hour! The young lady at the front desk ( short dark curly hair) was very kind and professional. Loader didn't mess around. Hope to load there again next trip out! Thank you!
I called into Basalite to find out how to order corner blocks for a wall block I bought at Home Depot. Home Depot didn’t sell the corners directly and when I called 2 Home Depot’s, they weren’t even sure if they could even place an order for what I needed. DRIVERS BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pure lazyness , Mske sure shipper wraps crap load plastic around products and pellets before loading pellets very good IF u don't the Bags of sand products will slide shift off pellets very POOR shipping they need to realize they will be sued for damages to the trailers, I wld strap every bag also if u have straps.Take pictures
