Very clean facility, with friendly staff.
Early for my appt. Took me right away, got me loaded and out the gate is pass than an hour! The young lady at the front desk ( short dark curly hair) was very kind and professional. Loader didn't mess around. Hope to load there again next trip out! Thank you!
I called into Basalite to find out how to order corner blocks for a wall block I bought at Home Depot. Home Depot didn’t sell the corners directly and when I called 2 Home Depot’s, they weren’t even sure if they could even place an order for what I needed. So I called Basalite and spoke to London, and had nothing but a wonderful, fast, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and productive experience.
