I was recently loaded by Junior at Basalite Concrete Products in Boise, and I was super impressed. He was efficient, careful, and professional the entire time. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing — he made sure everything was to order, and handled safely, all while keeping a great attitude. It’s not often you come across someone who takes that much pride in their work. Junior made the whole experience fast, smooth, and hassle-free.

Be careful these people dot not not what they are doing with payments. Had them run my card for $8,000. Found out my transaction limit was $7500. They made the charge pending and took the $7500. Now my project is delayed for several days. Terrible experience will make you look like a fool in front of your customers. Would not recommend. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing with there payment system.

Terrible customer service, I was one brick short from there fire pit caps and they would not sell me one more so I had to pack it all back up to return 300lbs of brick! Pipe co is the place to go!! Cheaper and they sell it by the piece so you don’t have to worry about pre made bundles!
