Couldn't recommend more. I visited here for over 2 years and I rarely get anxiety attacks anymore. They taught me great skills on how to recognise my triggers and how to overcome them. It can be a confronting thing to do but I always felt so comfortable coming here (as comfortable as I could given the topics). I will go back if I'm ever in need again.
The worst psychologist I have ever spoken to. Asked me how was she supposed to fix my problems then ended the session halfway through still charging full price. Told me to come back when I'm feeling suicidal again....
