This is an ongoing issue that has now lasted 6 days with the elevator being out of service, and there appears to be no urgency in resolving it. While I understand that the on-site management team at Vance at Bishop Union, including the property manager and maintenance staff, may be doing what they can, the lack of response and escalation from higher-level management is extremely concerning. Called a week ago about a safety issue at one of their properties because the management at the property won’t respond about it. Went to voicemail in middle of night which I expected but they stated they’d call back if I left one. I never got a call back. Called again today during business hours and went to voicemail again. Starting to think the mantra for Barvin apartment management is to ignore all issues until they go away

This place is horrible. I can’t seem to get any help with the problems that’s going on.When got home on yesterday I saw that things were taken care of. I would like to thank Mrs. Green for actually going in and getting things done. Sorry about the first review but I’m more worried about my health than anything else. But again thanks So much
