I wish I could give negative stars! Do not rent from this group! I had ALL 4 wheels stolen off my new car and the leasing office doesnt care, corporate wont answer, and they are basically inviting thieves in by not fixing parking garage gates! HORRIBLE
These property managers are terrible!!! I moved into a 2 bed 3 bath apartment where it wasn't cleaned, missing electrical face plates, cracks in the wall, broken drawers, broken washer machine. It took 11 months just to get those things fixed!!! Not to mention my ac going out every month and being told that its normal. My electrical bill being $200 plus because of the a/c. The units are pretty chill and fair for the price point. The apartment staff is EXCEPTIONAL, especially Kwajalin and Jackie. I moved away for 6 months and moved right back in because the staff here is that great! This review is for The Daphne apartments in Houston
Elevator issues. Too few and they breakdown too frequently. Many times staff is unaware until residents complain and residents are not notified of issues or repairs either. Not a good customer service plan. Some should be notified automatically of any issues.
