The units are pretty chill and fair for the price point. The apartment staff is EXCEPTIONAL, especially Kwajalin and Jackie. I moved away for 6 months and moved right back in because the staff here is that great! This review is for The Daphne apartments in Houston
Elevator issues. Too few and they breakdown too frequently. Many times staff is unaware until residents complain and residents are not notified of issues or repairs either. Not a good customer service plan. Some should be notified automatically of any issues.
I enjoy living here.
Appreciate the property manager for having an open door policy. Communication is ALWAYS the key.
