Called a week ago about a safety issue at one of their properties because the management at the property won’t respond about it. Went to voicemail in middle of night which I expected but they stated they’d call back if I left one. I never got a call back. Called again today during business hours and went to voicemail again. Starting to think the mantra for Barvin apartment management is to ignore all issues until they go away
This place is horrible. I can’t seem to get any help with the problems that’s going on.When got home on yesterday I saw that things were taken care of. I would like to thank Mrs. Green for actually going in and getting things done. Sorry about the first review but I’m more worried about my health than anything else. But again thanks So much
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Los Altos. I have been a resident since the property first opened in 2019, and after six years of residency, I was offered a renewal rate that is over $200 higher than the current market rent. This is especially concerning given that there have been no upgrades made to my apartment during my tenancy, and I am still awaiting a response regarding a much-needed paint job.
