The waiting room had toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long. The man himself is nice enough, though after being recommended him I am starting to doubt my friend's opinion. All of the toys my daughter were given in a box to play with were broken, the magazines were old for even a waiting room's standards, and the two times we went it was around forty minutes later than the appointment was supposed to be. The older receptionist is incredibly condescending, and I've watched her take a private call on the work phone instead of giving me my next appointment. I promptly took that as a sign ... read more
