Parking I am pregnant and live in building 8 which is in the far back I'm also a first responder so I come home around 10pm to NO parking. I have to park all the way up front which is a LONG and dark walk to my apartment at night carrying all my gear and bags. I noticed people who live near me also started parking at the big apartment parking lot next door because it's absolutely ridiculous how limited parking there is. Great Place My wife and I just moved in about 2 months ago. The clubhouse was under some construction but the ladies in the office were always easy to get ahold of and to communicate with. We just had a very bad winter storm and our ceiling was leaking. I called the office and not too much later a gentleman came over to help us. I was amazed at the work the maintenance team pulled off during the coldest of days. I’m happy we picked this place to call home. My wife loves our kitchen and our dog loves the pond. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL BE MISERABLE PLEASE AVIOD THIS DUMP. DO NOT MOVE HERE! We moved here a few months ago and ever since there is a LOUD noise from the water pipes that the management office refused to fix properly. This noise is at all times of the day and night. Wakes us up at 3am daily. If you would like to hear the noise pm me and I can send you the noise recordings I have of this. Management here is the worst and will not fix problems correctly. Management and cleanliness Ever since the property got sold management and cleanliness has declined tremendously. Parking is HORRIBLE! Check the building/stairs/walls you are going to live, not just the one they show you.
Parking Parking is an absolute nightmare. Handicap parking is minimal, having to hike from building 1 to building 7 unreasonable at best. Yes, we pay $135 for a garage, but we have two vehicles.

Coming out after hrs. (I'm talking about showing up 10p ), calling to check in, moving me to another unit and being patient (sooo patient) with my calls and worries and moving issues. Great Place to Live! I was so excited when I toured this community that I leased my apartment the same day! The apartment itself and the folks in the office were the main reason I took it. I can't wait to move in next month so I can enjoy the pool and the hot tub this summer. They also have a game room, a music listening room with a bunch of vinyl records and a huge workout room. RUN FAR AWAY The new management is TERRIBLE! Sadly I moved out right when they took over and they charged me for a pet treatment when I had no pet?!? I had to call them multiple times before even talking to the manager (almost had to drive to round rock to talk to someone). Tried to fight the charge but guess what I’m not getting A LOT of my deposit back. Then when I tried to get the receipts for the charges from the manager...BOOM no answers anymore.
