Fast, friendly, knowledgable. Got a good deal and quick work. If I had to name a con, it's only that with a small staff, sometimes I had to call a few times to get in touch for a quick question. But as everything turned out great, I seriously have no complaints. These guys were great and I got a new HVAC/furnace at a great price (WAY better than the prices we were quoted from bigger companies). Just an FYI, they use American Standard as opposed to Trane, but they're they same company and are both top-of-the-line units.
