Dave was my service person. He was right on time even though I'm downtown Denver. He was very polite and professional. He got his hands right into my broken unit and had it fixed in no time. I can't express how happy I am to have my AC working in such short time. This is my goto repair company from now on. Thanks!

I don't recommend wasting your time with Bart's HVAC. As a return customer, they said they didn't have time to help me and wouldn't even try to fit me into their schedule no matter what. I was disappointed with Bart and the way he spoke to me on the phone after leaving a couple of voicemails. There are better companies to work with that offer superior customer service.

Scam artists. They came by to repair the A/C and the tech conveniently did not have a new motor, the most frequently replaced part. He had to go back to the office, of course we were charged for his two hours of drive time. I was not home, so it may have been due to my wife only being there. This is the preferred company for my high rise building, but word will be spread. No need to charge $400 for a $200 job.
