We had a great first experience with Bart's and their help to select a stair runner for our new home. I initially spoke to **** over the phone who helped me understand measurements I could take before coming into the store. When I went into the store, he was very helpful and showed me remnant options, which would save us money. This was nice that he would offer this option first before even considering a custom order.
