This is the worst hospital I've ever been to , My first experience was after an ATV accident in which I had torn off half of my fore head and fractured my neck . The nurse did not speak English . They falsely route in the report that I was the driver of the ATV which was incorrect when I wrote to them to ask them to change that on my records they refused to despite the fact that there were many witnesses in the emergency room stating that I was not the driver . I went to Bartow ER yesterday 7/2/09 for a car accident in which i had an asthma attack. They did not check my neck or my back. Today 7/3 I woke up with SEVER back pain so I went back to Bartow and this Dr. Duarte was the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. I can't believe the lack of professionalism on his behalf. This is over the 4th of July holiday and all the regular doctor's office are closed.
