My salesman, Ian Cone, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest and patient with my indecisiveness. Raquel Chico, finance manager, was so warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The entire staff at Bartow Ford were welcoming, nice and friendly. They really made my car buying experience painless and actually enjoyable! I highly recommend them to anyone even considering buying a new or used car.
I had an appointment today to drop my f150 off because of a small leak, even received a reminder call the day before and to confirm the appointment and when I arrived at the service department I was informed that they couldn't get to my truck for a week. The service advisor was very apologetic but I switched from Lakeland Ford because of things like this. .we rescheduled and hopefully I won't drive that far again and waste a trip.
Everyone made sure we had been helped! JR Mendoza and David Giles went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle I LOVE!! Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Went Bartow Ford to look for a car yesterday. We were there for about 30 minutes and no one bothered to come help us. Someone even went to have someone come out to help and they went to other people and not us. Won't be going to them for a car ever again.
We have purchased 2 vehicles recently from the same salesman, Buddy Music. He does all of the leg work. You tell him what you're looking for and he finds it. We told them a price range that we can afford, and they made it happen. They truly went above and beyond to get us what we wanted in a reasonable price range. We were able to fax the necessary information, so that all we had to do was show up, sign the paper work and drive away with our vehicle.
