We will NEVER shop at bartow ford for the simple fact that they will not leave us alone! We submitted one inquiry and now we receive phone calls daily after we have said we are not looking right now, and even sent an email telling them to leave us alone! I could only imagine how they would be if we were actually looking.
Special thanks to David Willoughby in getting us into our new truck. He helped us over this holiday week to get us into a truck. He did everything he could to help us. We recommend everyone to come see him for a new car.
I arrived today for a 1:00 appointment for service only to be told it was a 3 hour wait. No phone call to ask me if this was something that would work in my schedule and no apology. I am very disappointed,
