I believe the customer that gave the POOR review was referring to the actual ELECTRIC COMPANY, Not Mark and Julien! I have had them do lots of work for me in my personal homes and in my rentals. Mark is always fair and is always there when he says he will be! They do outstanding work! If you need an electrician in Bartow or anywhere in POLK County, give Bartow Electric a try! You won't be sorry! Mark is a LICENSED, MASTER Electrician! Love them!!
