I am so disappointed in the treatment I received from the front office staff. Because of the unfriendly, abrupt woman at the front desk (middle-aged, with dark hair), I didn't even make it to see a doctor. I was treated so disrespectfully I made the choice to receive care elsewhere. Firstly, the address listed on Apple Maps is not accurate. I was directed to Gastroenterology. Complete lack of professionalism. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times with 3 different doctors over the course of 3 months. When I finally got to the appointment date, I ended up walking out because it was over an hour and still no appointment. I walked in to an empty desk, literally had to yell to get someone's attention after 10 minutes of waiting. Dr. Rudolph and her team at Barton Women’s Health are amazing. I just had surgery and I am just completely taken aback at the wonderful care and attention I have been receiving. I have been seeing Dr. Rudolph for my regular preventative visits for about 5 years now and she has always been wonderful. She actually spends time listening to her patients and explains information and options to them; she sincerely cares about her patients. As a first time parent, this was a fabulous experience all around - from pregnancy to birth. Every oby and nurse was kind and competent. We are lucky to have such an amazing team here in Tahoe!!
Dr. Weavil is absolutely amazing! She is super knowledgeable, caring, and friendly! She was my OB during pregnancy and delivered my son and this was the best experience ever! Her entire office and Labor and Delivery nurses are amazing as well!
