Amazing group of providers. I have really only seen Dr Rudolph and Dr Weavil as a patient and they are amazing. They listen to my concerns, address them with reasonable solutions. Nurse Lauren is a phenomenal nurse with so much knowledge and is amazing with patient care.
I had such a sad experience today. The front desk staff (middle aged, dark hair, fake lashes) abruptly said I was late and my appointment was marked as a no show. I was 12 minutes late, still within my appointment time. I apologized, we drove up from Los Angeles specifically for this visit. We hit traffic coming to the new location and her response was “there’s always traffic or construction” I was very sorry and confused, looking for a solution. Dr.Wevails nurse Lauren tried sent a rude message trying to say my endometriosis specialist did find endometriosis during my surgery when my endometriosis specialist did find endo during my last surgery and the pathology results show she found endometriosis. Dr.wevail had missed endometriosis and a lot of other things during my surgery last June and what she missed could have caused me to lose my organs. I am so disappointed in the treatment I received from the front office staff. Because of the unfriendly, abrupt woman at the front desk (middle-aged, with dark hair), I didn't even make it to see a doctor. I was treated so disrespectfully I made the choice to receive care elsewhere. Firstly, the address listed on Apple Maps is not accurate. I was directed to Gastroenterology. Complete lack of professionalism. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times with 3 different doctors over the course of 3 months. When I finally got to the appointment date, I ended up walking out because it was over an hour and still no appointment. I walked in to an empty desk, literally had to yell to get someone's attention after 10 minutes of waiting.
