Dr.Wevails nurse Lauren tried sent a rude message trying to say my endometriosis specialist did find endometriosis during my surgery when my endometriosis specialist did find endo during my last surgery and the pathology results show she found endometriosis. I am so disappointed in the treatment I received from the front office staff. Because of the unfriendly, abrupt woman at the front desk (middle-aged, with dark hair), I didn't even make it to see a doctor. I was treated so disrespectfully I made the choice to receive care elsewhere. Firstly, the address listed on Apple Maps is not accurate. I was directed to Gastroenterology. Complete lack of professionalism. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times with 3 different doctors over the course of 3 months. When I finally got to the appointment date, I ended up walking out because it was over an hour and still no appointment. I walked in to an empty desk, literally had to yell to get someone's attention after 10 minutes of waiting. Dr. Rudolph and her team at Barton Women’s Health are amazing. I just had surgery and I am just completely taken aback at the wonderful care and attention I have been receiving. I have been seeing Dr. Rudolph for my regular preventative visits for about 5 years now and she has always been wonderful. As a first time parent, this was a fabulous experience all around - from pregnancy to birth. Every oby and nurse was kind and competent. We are lucky to have such an amazing team here in Tahoe!!
