We lived here for 2 years and the experience was horrible to say the least. First off, we dealt with so many maintenance issues that took them forever to fix. The worst one being we had a constant water leak flowing from ground into one of the bathrooms and our kids bedroom. It took them a year and a half to send a water line specialist to test for leaks. I have been here 4 years and love it. Office staff is very professional and accommodating. I have been in the office on many occasions and I can't believe the employees have to put up with people yelling and harass the staff when they don't get their way. I never see trash anywhere and the maintenance people are quick and get things done. I have looked around at other apartments and have found cheaper places but the utilities were higher for water and trash so you pay the same. I would highly recommend Barton Vineyard.
