Terrible massage from the beginning. They don’t speak English. The massage therapist barely applied pressure and her phone kept buzzing the whole time. They left the door cracked open so you don’t have privacy. No relaxing music on in the room so it’s awkward silence. The owner was rude when I mentioned anything about the situation. I will most definitely not be back. You get what you pay for…
That was probably the worst massage experience I've had! I've had tons of deep tissue massages and I have never felt it hurt so bad. I've never screamed and yelled it hurts to stop and the therapist not let up on the pressure. I literally have black and blue bruises going across my lower back today and had to ice my entire back when I got home. I'm not happy about it and will not be back!
Our experience at this spa was disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude to my wife simply because she was unaware of the specific massage service I had booked for her — even though I had provided all the necessary details in advance when scheduling it as a gift. Absolutely impressed with the service. I was greeted and very well taken care of. Nina is the best. She explained several things to me and I took in everything. She is the best and I will be returning. Thank you for awesome service!
