RecommendedBought a recoil spring assembly in association with my starter pull rope for my lawn mower. The price was reasonable and they offered to rewind the rope for me for no extra charge. I was really pleased with with the friendly service. Great value!
They tried twice to fix the alignment on my ZT.. Still doesn't work.. Charged both times.. Never again

A great group of guys who bend over backwards for their customers! The only Briggs dealer I will use! Scott has the knowledge to tackle the new EFI engines!!
After spending over $475 the lawn mower still won't start. The battery is dead. They were supposed to do a tune up. A New battery New belts etc.After several trips back and forth Scott said he would get my lawn mower fixed. He kept his word . Let's hope the problem is solved. After talking to Scott I feel much better with the service. I'm sure that if I had delt with Scott in the first place I would have been a much happier customer. Thank you Scott!
