This man David Wayne Barton has a history of taking deposits, doing very little, if any, shotty work, and abandoning the job! Never to communicate with you again. He has numerous judgements and pending litigations against him. The DBPR is investigating his fraudulent activities. His employees burglarized my home twice. Do Not get involved w Barton Roofing you will regret every aspect of it...numerous victims!
