k. so garage door opener update.. BARTON OVERHEAD DOOR was just out and not only diagnosed and fixed my problem, they also checked the door for alignment and greased it up ~ all in under 30 minutes! AND for the incredible price of $99.00!! They deserve 10 stars !! Great customer service with the sales rep, secretary and garage door installers. I shopped around and received 3 quotes from local businesses. Barton was the cheapest, which is not always the best! "You get what you pay for".... They exceeded my expectations by far and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my garage doors. They are gorgeous !!
