Dr. Bailey may benefit from refreshing his bedside manner. When a patient is providing details about their medical history, responding with, “A simple yes would be great,” can come across as dismissive and discouraging. A provider's role is to gather relevant information, and the details I was attempting to share were brief, pertinent, and directly related to my care, not an exhaustive personal history. Patients should feel heard when providing information that could influence diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Dr. Thomas Jantos and Nurse Dawn (all the staff really) deserves the highest praise. As a HC worker (and former night shift worker) I can safely say this crew of HC workers are above all. I have seen and worked with great individuals before but to see an entire team of this level greatness is rare. I feel blessed to have had them in my corner during my time of need. It is so disheartening that if you live in this area this is one of the only places you can go for help. Came in twice this past month and both times doctors were dismissive of my pain and my symptoms. This most recent visit they sent me home with prescription that was for something else entirely than what the problem was because they didn’t believe I still had an infection after antibiotics, regardless of the pain and symptoms being the same. Just had an unplanned surgery at Barton ER/surgical and want to express my deep appreciation for the staff (Jordan, Natalie, Tina, Christie, Christina, Kennan, climbing guy, MTB girl, and many others) who took excellent and professional care while I was there. Fortunately I haven’t been to too many ER’s but I can honesty say this was one of the best experiences at one. Thanks!

I went in from an ice skating fall and from the minute i walked in the staff could not of been more accomodating, polite, quick, and caring. Im from out of town and wished this was the same type of service Id recieve from the hospital where im from(theyre always rude and take hours). Dr. Michael Mc. Laughlin was very-very nice, informative and spent quality time explaining what to expect from my broken humorous bone. He didnt rush me and it felt like he actually cared.
