Today nobody first acknowledge and greet me. They have a policy of giving a pager I waited a hour after giving my info. Several people also made several comments about Poor Customer Service. They Ignore people
I think it takes far to long to have lab work done. Seven people in front of me. I came back an hour in a half later, and six people ahead of me. I don't know why it seems to be so slow.
J*ney spent about 5 minutes arguing with me about how she didn’t want to call the doctor to get the order for the blood draw (which she insisted was required per Barton policy, despite us having documentation and test kits in hand). Then she had a tantrum saying “I’m done” and put her colleague on the phone. Typical Barton entitled behavior
