Nice company, very professional. And one team of nice people
Customer service is almost none existent. The two ladies in the front won’t even look at you in the eyes when you tell them what you’re ordering and act like you are inconveniencing them. If they didn’t have what I needed I would’ve given them 1 star. Absolute terribly run only saving grace is their inventory everything else is absolutely poor.
I called to get information on how to use the mustache clips they produce for older hurricane panels. They said they have nobody to help on a product they produce. Remarkable!!,
