Absolutely useless company. Their items provide little to no information re specs. So for example, I ordered an awning window crank extension and received something that doesn't fit and is apparently designed for mobile homes. There would be no way to figure this out before ordering. And when I called the woman answering the phone just gave me a part number and said look it up. Their products are junk. Bought a new screen door lock—broke in weeks. Replacement broke just as fast. Called for help, they hung up. No quality, no service. Don’t waste your money.
