Prompt courteous service. Every experience I have with Barton makes me love them more. Was there for my partner's appointment and even though the appointment was about an hour long we were in the room within 10 minutes and someone was with us the whole time. I thought I would be taking a step backward in medical treatment and quality since moving up to Tahoe from Orange County, but was I ever wrong! I've had nothing but the best experiences with Barton occupational therapy, my general practice Physician assistants and doctors, blood labs, etc. I have never had long wait times for any type of appointment. My only complaint is that getting nearby dermatology and neurology referrals are very limited due to a lack of certain types of specialists up here. I always feel free to ask as... read more
Why is it when you are an established patient and need to speak to your primary care provider or the PA for the primary care provider they have a nurse call me from Redding Ca to discuss my symptoms when just needed answer to a question and this person has no clue who you are! That just happened to me this week.. twice!! Made me feel invaluable. This is the very first time I have ever complained and I can’t even get an email out on MyChart anymore, do better Barton Health
