10 years ago, your dental assistant scratched my tooth. Are you here to heal or damage people? (Cut your crap)
I went in for my dental cleaning and unfortunately the dental hygienist was not very kind. Most of the staff seemed to be in a bad mood/attitude. The last few times I’ve gone, I left feeling awkward. I went in feeling happy and walked out feeling out of place. Customer service is so important. This was one of the only dentist offices my insurance accepted which is why I stayed this long but unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere.
I would not recommend this place at all, I had a terrible experinece with the dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was horrible, she was snarky and had a bad attitude and many disrespectful remarks throughout my visit. When I had questions the hygienist would reply “I'm not a blank graduate” regarding simple questions that didn't require a degree? she was overall a very rude individual I'm her responses and gave me dirty looks the whole visit. My family and I will not be returning to this office. Terrible experience 0/10.
Money grab - watch out!
We’re done with Barton and Blair Dental Center Three times in the past year and a half we have expressed our concerns about having to trod through pigeon poo to enter the facility. Today’s visit was another episode of a filthy entrance giving us a very bad experience. Twice I have been painfully poked on the exterior of my mouth with a sharp instrument, on the upper lip, by Dr. Barton who made no apologies.
