Excellent place. Joe, was very attentive towards our needs as a family during such a difficult time. He was very caring and understanding and quick to respond. They are very creative and thoughtful. I thought the butterfly pins were very thoughtful during such a hard time. They brought comfort and peace to our family during such a difficult time. My Papa's wake was beautiful. I would highly recommend Bartolomeo to everyone. Joe Bianchi handled the bad situation we were in with such Aloha and sympathy. Joe, took the time to console, reassure, and took care of our Tutu to bid her, her final aloha. This all happened within an hour. By doing so we were given our time to bid our final aloha o’e and to follow our traditional custom of saying aloha to our Tutu. He definitely was a true angel in a time when we needed help. Even when he followed up with me, he wrote in our native tongue which was by far a... read more

I highly recommend Bartolomeo & Perotto to anyone as they go above and beyond to give the best customer service from pre-planning your funeral, carrying out your funeral wishes, and help with the grieving process for many years after.
