Aaron came out to my house for a complimentary visit and wound up staying for half an hour, diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The roots had girdled the trunk which was cutting off nutrients. He wouldn’t even accept any payment. This type of service is very rare these days and so appreciated. Thank you!
Bartlett has kept our trees healthy and pruned for at least 15 years. They also came to the rescue and very nicely trimmed and cleared away dead limbs dropped by a previous PG&E service call. Their professionalism and customer service are exceptional. Their pruning services have always ensured us of maintaining excellent view for which we're very appreciative! Out of the San Francisco office, Filipe de Souza is our account representative and Wes has been the foreman over the work to be performed and they've been the best!
DANGEROUS, DISASTROUS, FINANCIALLY 700 % MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, FAILED TO HONOR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES DONE TO THE PROPERTY. Paid nearly 50,000 (FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) to cut 4 trees and trim 5 trees. The trees which were cut was first trimmed then gone dead and forced us to get them cut. One bad trim caused 2 feet x 25 feet piece falling on house roof.
