This is my second time having Bartlett out and the first time trimming my fig tree. There was a miscommunication between myself and the arborist who first came out so when I saw the work done I was confused. A prompt response to my query and the crew returned a few hours later. They were extremely understanding and made sure that the end result was exactly what I wanted. I am exceedingly happy with the end result and appreciate the thorough clean up!
