Highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts, Victoria BC. I had them remove a 70 to 80 year old Douglas Fir that had developed a fungal infection in the roots. The team did a fantastic job front start to finish. They arrived on time and began setup and working immediately. They were friendly, and answered all my questions. Staff were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, Quote was accurate. They did exactly what we asked for which was topping roughly a metre from a very high, uneven, wide cedar hedge that had been untended for a number of years (we had already trimmed our vertical side of the hedge). They were fast, done and cleaned up by noon. I would hire them again and may well as we have a lot of ungainly trees in the yard.

Trent came to our home July 30th to estimate 3 trees....still waiting for the estimate....won't respond to emails....office was not helpful when I called...weird...It's Sept 23rd...not even a response....huh....
