I have so many trees in my garden, and I've used a number of different arborists since we began planting our property 40 years ago. Bartlett is outstanding. Not only do they come in with the best estimate by far, but their work is stellar. As one other reviewer noted, Doug and JP left my property looking neater than it did when they arrived! Highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts, Victoria BC. I had them remove a 70 to 80 year old Douglas Fir that had developed a fungal infection in the roots. The team did a fantastic job front start to finish. They arrived on time and began setup and working immediately. They were friendly, and answered all my questions. Staff were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, Quote was accurate. They did exactly what we asked for which was topping roughly a metre from a very high, uneven, wide cedar hedge that had been untended for a number of years (we had already trimmed our vertical side of the hedge). They were fast, done and cleaned up by noon. I would hire them again and may well as we have a lot of ungainly trees in the yard.
