Corey Deniker is very responsive and knowledgeable. Chris Davis is all about great customer service.
We were needing some fertilization for our boxwoods and a few of our trees were in need of treatment for borer beetles. On two separate occasions, Chris performed the services for us. He was very friendly, and he completed the jobs very quickly. He also noticed that another tree in our yard had leaves that were a little off color. We've been using Bartlett for a variety of services and have been extremely pleased. Chris Davis does an amazing job at keeping our flowering trees and shrubs healthy and blooming. Even though we need to replace some of our older shrubs that are at end of life, I've been amazed at how he's revived them. He's a knowledgeable arborist and provides excellent customer service. Call Bartlett and ask for Chris Davis. You won't be disappointed.
Unlike a few of my trees (bagworms) prior to calling Bartlett, customer service is NOT dead! Cory and Chris, with Bartlett in Lynchburg, are two of the nicest, most knowledgeable guys about trees I've ever met. Cory did the recon and was extremely attentive and thorough inspecting my issue. Chris came out next day, took time to explain what he was doing and then sprayed to kill the boogers. Couldn't recommend them more! Thanks guys!
