Unlike a few of my trees (bagworms) prior to calling Bartlett, customer service is NOT dead! Cory and Chris, with Bartlett in Lynchburg, are two of the nicest, most knowledgeable guys about trees I've ever met. Cory did the recon and was extremely attentive and thorough inspecting my issue. Chris came out next day, took time to explain what he was doing and then sprayed to kill the boogers. Couldn't recommend them more! Thanks guys!
Cory came out gave a reasonable quote. Let us know that cutting the trees down is the best option instead of trimming. Due to the fact those trees were dying. The crew came out. They did a excellent job. Got the trees down without any problems. Amazing how easy they made it look taking the trees down. They also opened up the driveway looks way better then what I thought it would. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your hard work and will definitely be a repeat customer.
